Project Overview:

Marcus & Millichap is a leading commercial real estate firm with the largest team of investment specialists in the industry with over 80 offices across the US and Canada. In order to succeed, all internal and external marketing materials must display their brand in a consistent and inventive way. 

As Marketing Coordinator for the Denver office, I create all internal & external marketing projects including monthly advertisements, social media, offering memorandums, proposals, custom flyers, and more that align with the Marcus & Millichap brand standards.

The marketing team receives multiple custom Offering Memorandum requests a week from agents listing properties.

This is one example of an OM I designed and built out for a multi-family property in California. They requested a new and fresh design to help showcase this newly constructed apartment building. The color scheme and type I used are not part of Marcus & Millichap brand, yet they are colors the team likes to use to separate themselves from the noise.

Throughout the package, I used slanted elements to bring energy to the property. It breathes movement into the piece while being a unique take on the classic square. I also included the blue triangle in each corner to reference the page being turned while giving it a 3D look.

I designed monthly advertisements included in the Colorado Real Estate Journal. These are designed to exhibit featured listings, closings, recent stats, and ways to match every property with the largest pool of qualified buyers.

They were also used to highlight changes in our office and top-performing agents to create long-lasting connections with the right clients.

Social Media Content

Social media content examples from managing our office LinkedIn, as well as specific agent requests. These designs give agents the recognition they deserve and showcase commercial properties to many LinkedIn followers. Making social content engaging and unique is key in creating content that increases connections with top-performing agents that can lead to sales.
